One November day, 200 construction industry folks from Skanska sat in an all-day conference in downtown Portland. Half way through the day, they were told to pick up their phones and open their special app, and choose one of the 30 different tours.

Each tour started from their conference room and led them out into the surrounding area exploring one of three themes of the conference: Innovation (prompts for creative thinking about their services), We Are Skanska (different ways to capture the Skanska experience) and Take Charge (ideas to improve personal habits).

Through the tour, their ideas and pictures were sent back to the conference room and on display on the big screens when they walk back in. All of the answers were also pulled together into a PDF to keep afterwards.
